Meeting Information
The Board shall prescribe the times and places for meetings and the manner in which special meetings may be called. The Board shall comply in all respects with the "Open Meetings Act. All records, documents and papers of the Authority, other than those relating to matters concerning which closed sessions of the Board may be held, shall be available for public examination, subject to such reasonable regulations as the Board may adopt.

5 years; For initial terms, Directors appointed shall include: (1) one Director with an initial term of 5 years who shall serve as a member of the Board of the Chicago Transit Authority; (2) one Director with an initial term of 3 years who shall serve as a director of the Suburban Bus Board; (3) one Director appointed by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate, with an initial term of 5 years who shall serve as a director of the Commuter Rail Board; (4) one Director with an initial term of 5 years; and (5) one Director with an initial term of 3 years.
