Function
The board administers the Authority created to promote industrial, commercial and residential development, and transportation and recreational services in Grundy, LaSalle, Bureau, Putnam, Kendall, and Marshall Counties; may acquire and operate or lease port facilities, terminals, and bridges, and establish and maintain public airports; required to report to the Governor and General Assembly annually.
