​The Advisory Committee shall meet periodically.
Function
An Advisory Committee is established to monitor, review, and report on the utilization of minority-owned business enterprises and women-owned business enterprises by the owners licensee, employment of women, and employment of minorities with regard to the development and construction of the casino.

Composition
The Advisory Committee shall consist of 9 members as provided in this Section. Five members shall be selected by the Governor and 4 members shall be selected by the Mayor of the City of Chicago. The Governor and the Mayor of the City of Chicago shall each appoint at least one current member of the General Assembly.
