No members or alternates can be members of the Judicial Inquiry Board. Appellate Court Judges, members and alternates must be from different Judicial Districts. Circuit Judges, members and alternates must be from different Judicial Districts.
Compensation
Non-judge members & alternates receive per diem and necessary expenses. Members & alternates who are Judges receive necessary expenses only.
